I found a nice muesli in the Co-op that I enjoy so it’ll either be that or porridge with some sliced banana and a handful of mixed seeds.

Yes it’s their own and not too expensive either. I might get a few more bags next time I’m round.

Greak yoghurt, sultanas, bran flakes, blueberries and a satsuma all mixed up and left in the fridge for 15 minutes before eating 🍽️

Fruit salad, 2 Weetabix, 2 fried eggs, sausage and 2 pieces of bacon, toast, fruit juice and tea.
Needs eating up as we returned yesterday and it’s going off.

Ye gods. If Putin Invades tomorrow ill be the only one with enough energy to put up a fight!

On holiday so it will be fruit and yoghurt followed by an “everything” omelette with a side of bacon or sausage

Using up a few leftover cornflakes in a muesli cocktail with skimmed milk, orange juice (with bits), and coffee.
