Not sure this is teh right place to post but.........

I'm doing the Bristol London (not through choice!) it's 116 ish miles and is on 29 August.

I currently cycle as follows:

3 days a week 10-15 miles
1 day a week 20 miles

What training regime do you suggest I adopt for the next 6 weeks to get as prepared as much as possible

(I'm reasaonbly fit and could do it tomorrow but it would hurt!)

It's further than that if you want to avoid some of the nastier hills!

We did it over 3 days with two hills, by following the SUSTRANS route that basically follows the Kennet and Avon Canal
Only hills were the flight of locks at Devises and the the tunnel bypass at Sevenake/Marlbrough

I've done it before but had 12 weeks to practice - the hills were ok I thought - labour in vain was a little long but others were reasonable I thought.............

I'm possibly not the most up-to-date source of information, it's 37 years since I last did it!
