I was told yesterday when trying out my new membership, to pay for something I'd click and collected, that I shouldn't get 10% off as I'd already got the reduced web price - it was the website price OR 10% off the in-store price??

Is this correct as the terms only say you can't redeem it online??

Although, saying that, as he'd taken 20 minutes to find the order, he gave me the discount anyway.

Afaik it's in store and click and collect. Online delivery stuff excluded as you dont get discount codes to use.

I bought a bike carrier with my 10% off and had to take it back.
When i got my credit card statement, they had refunded the price i paid + 10%.
Occasionally you win!
