Brompton electric bike app.

I have just tried to connect my bike to the app via my Android phone. For some reason the connection won't work. I made sure the bike battery is fully charged. I have the correct frame and serial number but it just won't connect. Anyone else had this happen?

It's a pre owned bike.

Does the previous owner need to disconnect/log out or similar (as is the case with phones)?
I'm sure Google can shed some light 🙂

Ah so probably time to get in touch with Brompton if following the steps on the site doesn’t work!
