Brompton telescopic seat post: black or silver?

I need a longer seat post, and two options are available the black chromes, or silver chromed version.
Which one is advised?

After availability, surely, it's purely down to preference?

If I ever need to replace mine, I think I'd go for the black one for the looks, but feel no need to do it 'just' for the looks.
