So not only is my rim buckled on my mavic aksium rear wheel but my free hub has play. To save money can I buy a rear wheel on its own.

I want a rear wheel that as light or lighter than my existing wheel but fancy one a bit more aero. Only wanna spend 200-300. Any ideas peeps?

Will it fit with all my current stuff. E.g. 10 speed shimano and tires off my mavic

That's great, I like the advantage when going over 30mph. I also would like to do some races this year too. So what are the disadvantages?

I sugested replacing the wheel with like for like. as for non-matching wheels, then I'll come over and give you a slap. It's not allowed ! :cycle:

Or upgrade both. But if its a commuting wheel, don't get something too flash unless you have money to burn.
