whats with the errrs and wtf?

A deep section/aero rim will benefit you at any speed, unless you are climbing, in which case it won't be much use really. In fact, there was some data I saw fairly recently which showed that the most benefits seem to be gained by slower riders....

Very big price range between the three there... Almost non comparable, I think you need to set a budget and tell us what your looking for out of it to get the best advice

I've heard great things about them, but you really I are looking all over the place price range wise, as I said before set a price and a list of things you want from it, no point in comparing wheels that are a few hundred to over 1k totally different things.

Im looking for value for money over the key aspects, 50mm ish rim, and weight.

e.g I carnt see the justification between the mavic and the Shimano. An extra £355 for 13g lighter, thats less that a slice of cheese.

Weight is not the only concern with regards to wheel choice and price differentials.
