I know a bullie when I see one and he is known for it.
And I know a child when I see one.

There's been a car parked outside my house for weeks. It hasn't moved, it's got a flat tyre. One of my neighbours is furious. I've checked it's MOT'd and insured, so not that fussed myself.
It's partly obstructing the pavement, which is a bit annoying.

It has been there for a while, has not moved and is attracting attention fromlocalteenagerd

Be a response member of Society and report it as stolen.........

Altrnatively put a For Sale sticker on it and report as a roadside sale to the local Council

We had a similar problem, so dropped a note through the the local letterboxes explaining that we had never bothered before, but due to parking outside our house we would now be applying for a designated disabled soace, and apologised for the inconvenience this would cause

Solved the problem overnight

thought you would get that anyway if you applied?

We have residents parking at 30quid a year..but we still get football parking on mass at weekends ,tho the traffic warden has give our visiters a ticket lol..and never seems to appear when needed..

If the man is known to be a bully, you are probably concerned as to what his next move will be.

At some point, you might have to draw a line in the sand.

But as others have said, parking in a public road is not the issue over which to do it.

Pick a fight which you know you can win, although hopefully you won't have to.

In our close, we all seem to have a gentleman's agreement , that is that we all park in the same place every night. This has been the norm for the last 7 years so why should someone decide to be awkward suddenly?

Ask him! Or ask your wife too if she normally parks there and unless he's an utter **** he'll react better to it coming from a friendly woman, than a het up bloke
