It's far more satisfying to save it up for three or four days and then scuttle an ENORMOUSLY impressive dreadnought that's a five-flush champ.

due to ruined innards i can manage about 10 times a day every so often, believe me i've tried holding it in - don't work!

I have become allergic to garlic, been in hospital twice with it to get re-hydrated!

mostly its once in the morning though and maybe one or two times during the day.

I also sit 90% of the time no mater what practice I'm investing my time in

so i don't really fit on the poll ;)

Twice generally, but often 3 times. Really depends what I'm eating and where (country).
In Russia, high meat, low fruit and fibre diet, then outputs shrivels to a low output of almost small dark rabbit droppings. Home on a much bulkier fibrous fuel, 3 times per day of soft floaters is not unusual.
Was that too much info?

Bertrand Russell was once asked how, as a lifelong atheist, he maintained his eternally positive and cheerful disposition. Was it down to a particular humanist philosophy, or perhaps he found peace through intellectual meditation? He replied: 'I put it down to my habit of defecating twice a day with unfailing regularity.' I'm with Bertrand (which kind of rules me out of the poll).
