Bunged up bath

It's Friday night so it's bath night.Has it been sorted yet.

You posh Yorkshire man we always had to wait until Sunday for a bath whether we needed one or not.

in conclusion. I called plumber Paul who tried to bung it by put various heavy grade unblocking chemical down the offending drain and vigorous plunging all to no avail. In the end the sink unit be removed. A hole cut in the floor and waste pipe cut. This allowed him to physically ram the blockage down the waste pipe in the stack pipe. The exercise ticked the the following learning objectives:

• The use of a hair drain catcher if you have long haired family members
• The importance of action if the drain is no longer emptying quickly.
• The correlation between the distance of the blockage from the bath/sink and the hassle removing it.
