It'll be back on Sunday, so we'll make do on fruit juice and fizzy stuff till then, obv. we'll get some for other things, but we're not buying great amounts for a day.

Might crack out the lucozade haha, but wanted to get rid of the last of my SIS stuff that's laying about.

You can get still bottled water you know...

Easier to fill my bottle up at college and take it home.

No no no - all those plastic residues that will show up when doping control steps in... This man is an elite athlete and needs the tap water!

Indeed they will, thankyou for reminding me of that, don't want my credibility to be torn to pieces when plasticizers show up

If you can't have water, I believe Whyte and McKay are selling a very affordable whisky at the moment. Only £100,000 a bottle.

Hah, at least you are only stuck without the water, we had every single person in the NG8 and NG9 area ringing up to say they want a shower and a cup of tea and obviously it's our fault as their landlord that they can't have one!

I'm doubting that, judging by the smell of a lot of people, not having a shower for the day, wouldn't bother them.

I'm judging that you work at Severn trent? I was surprised on how quick you got back up and running again, nice one!

so you didnt think about having a wash the next day? nice.

Obviously, after the bottles.

Just had a nice shower after the nice people from Severn Trent fixed it last night. Good stuff.

No, I work for a housing association - we are unlucky to have loads of properties in Nottingham, so from 5am onwards we just got bombarded with calls and most people really don't seem to understand that there was absolutely sod all we could do... A lot of our lovely tenants are not endowed with a large measure of common sense, let alone the basics of courtesy, patience, etc.... Grumble!
