15 or 16. 18 will be too big

There’s no universal sizing standard. You have to sit on them and preferably ride (check the standover, required saddle height and reach in the first instance)

Bit late to the thread but i i concur, i have an 18 "subway which is basically the same frame and im 5 foot 7 "
