Absolutely; I'll definitely give some more time, and communication thus far with seller (although not heard back for 2 days) has been succinct and polite.
The delay wouldn't be an issue; it's more the seller not doing as they (which they didn't have to) said they would, coupled with a static Parcel force status that causing a bit of unease.
I'll give it until the end of the week and if nothing will open a dispute.
Thanks again

Unrelated...but i once had a parcel 'stuck in transit' with Hermes which never arrived. It was an Amazon purchase though,so no quibble and it was despatched again.

I have read that 1 million items a year get lost in the post.......lost,stolen or never despatched at all,who knows?

Received a letter posted in 2009 in August. Things are getting quicker.

Hi all -
Arrived today and couldn't be happier; as good or better than described plus some added extras thrown in.
Will add though the parcel force tracking is still showing as 'advised' as in not even posted/collected!
Thanks for all your advice/support.

Glad to hear all is well in the end
