Buying online from Germany

I am looking to buy some bits from https://www.bike-components.de/ Does anyone know if I am going to have to pay import duty on this? Which would of course make it unfeasible. Thanks

Depends how much it is, duty and vat over £135 iirc, might get stung by courier too

Email them and ask the question. Some firms - I use Thomman a lot for musical instruments - thar do regular business with UK customers will take care of it all at their end.

If not then it may nit be worth the gamble unless the savings on the item you require are significant.

Their website shipping information page says minimum order value for delivery to Great Britain, so probably orders over £135 only and you have to pay the customs and vat costs on arrival in this country.
