C2C on my own...Recommend?

Milford Haven to Great yarmouth looks a good coast to coast...

Is that an actual thing? I'd have thought St David to Lowestoft would make a more logical choice.

Certainly there are lots of possible Coast to Coast routes, but when folks refer to "The Coast to Coast", I think they usually mean the Sustrans C2C. Which, incidentally, Sustrans say means "Sea to Sea".
