Cadence sensor in Lidl £19.99

Anyone seen these before? Any idea if they're compatible with Garmin devices?

Certainly not 500 and below. Its looks like it has not got Ant+, only bluetooth.

Never seen them before and I'd guess if it was compatible it would broadcast it on the packaging.

I would expect it to work with strava on an android phone. Garmin do not use bt (as said above) so that's never going to happen.

Edit I bought a lidl bt hrm that worked happily with Android/strava

Thread resurrection time- I have an Edge 520 which is Bluetooth enabled- does anyone know if the Lidls cadence meters work with this or does it have to hook up to an android/ apple phone as the box suggests?

My local lidls has one 40% off so cadence sensor for £12 would be ace.

Just looked at my Garmin Edge 1000 user guide and Bluetooth is for connecting to smartphones only, while ANT+ is for connecting to sensors.

no only ANT+ sensors for garmin as stated before these are for use with phones.

ANT+ is easy to license as well.
