Calendars - traditional or modern. Which is it for you?

I've been using online, globally accessible calendars and meeting scheduling since September 1985, so that's my tradition and I think I'll stick with it !

A2 size, wow you must have huge pockets

Oops - A5!!

My pockets are not big enough for A5 either, but that doesn't matter because the diary stays next to me on the sofa at home. The software calendar is on my phone in my pocket/bag when I go out.

Because I'm working, everything goes into works Outlook TBH, but my life isn't that exciting so if I pop 'leave; in there I know what it is. I don't have many 'social' appointments...boo hoo !

My life is not exciting either, but: dentist, hairdresser, annual leave booked, tradesman coming, annual boiler service, vet appointments, if friend I usually meet is away or home, overtime I promised to work (better show for the shift!) ... deadline to pay off the interest free credit card
Google calendar on my phone only for me.
However, sometimes I use a What's App conversation for reminders, like for when a tradesperson is coming (because they messaged me) and for how much the job will costs.
For some stuff due to happen short term, I just let the automatic text/emails remind me, without putting them on the calendar.

Wall calendar covers just main holidays and weekend scheduling. All the day to day weekly stuff sits in shared electronic calendars so we can see what each is doing and coordinate.

Paper calendar in the kitchen for everything. However I also run a separate spreadsheet of dates, venues, hotels, etc for all the gigs & motorsport events I go to which is copied to Dropbox for quick reference.

I run a spreadsheet to keep tabs on my various spreadsheets.
