You'd have to replace the Campag freehub with a Shimano one, but the question is why you would want to?

Cant find any braccianos with shimano freehub, there the lightest wheels I can afford, unless I look abroad, and I don't know enough about these foreign sellers to trust them.

+1, a Campag cassette will work fine.

It was the opposite way for me, I used to run a Shimano 10 speed cassette with a Campag Veloce groupset

I mix and match both ways. Campag on my road bikes, Shimano on my cross bikes, and 11 wheelsets about half and half in both camps. Jeez, 11 wheelsets. How did that happen?

I have Campag Vento wheels on my winter bike, with an Ultegra groupset. All I had to do was change the freehub fior a shimano one.

Whether wheel mix and match works tolerably or like it is broken depends on the sprocket spacing difference between the intended and the actual as provided in the first table here. Setting cable tension to line the rear mech up perfectly at a middle sprocket, or the most used, can help.
