But it's 10 speed 2008 ESP - someone else (the seller's) typoing (I'm guessing):
ESP (Enhanced Shifting Performance) Actuation System is a system that was specially developed by Campagnolo to improve the shifting synchronism. Thanks to the special design of the gears, now there are two specialised sectors for upshifting, diametrically opposed, and two sectors for downshifting, also diametrically opposed. (Comment: Have no idea what that means!)
Campagnolo site

It actually says ESP on the rings - but it does mean Enhanced Shifting Performance.
I think it's because of the syntax reversal in Italian.

Basically it's the ramping and pinning on the back of the big chainring, with the ramps and pins designed to "catch" the outer link of the chain and help it up to the big ring (on upshift) and to allow a "gate" for a predictable drop from big to small ring. The rings were sold as pairs as the exact position of the ramps and pins varied according to the position, relative to the ramp / pin, of the teethg of the inside chainring - this is why Campagnolo (and other) rings carry indexing or timing marks, so that they are placed in the correct orientation to each other.

In this case it bears no relation to Electronic Power Shift which was still a few years away at this point ... although Campagnolo did have a fully-functional 10s system on test with 2 teams in 2007 - they just didn't launch it as they knew 11s was just around the corner and they were not satisfied with the poor-weather performance in terms of the waterproofing of the system ...
