As it says in the thread title, Campagnolo.

The make of the wheel is Campagnolo for sure, but they came fitted with either a Campagnolo freewheel or a Shimano/Sram one.

I can't tell from the picture either, I guess the easiest way to work it out would be to say what groupset was on the bike originally, as if it was an off the shelf bike, it would have been specced with the appropriate freewheel.

It's a Campag freewheel.
