campy/shimano

currently have on route the new bora ultra 2s with campy freehub, but my current bike is running shimano ultegra 10speed which my new bike will be 11speed super record but that will not be till around half way through the season due to waiting on certain components to be released as its a custom bike build. Is it possible to run a campagnolo 10speed cassette using a shimano setup? anyone tried of this in person?

AFAIK the spacing of the campag cassette is different from the wire pull on index shimano stis, so it wouldnt work in theory but I've never done it in practice to find out.

yea know about the spacing is mm different for each and the shifiting angles for the shifters for the cable and the derailer is diff in both. was reading on some forums and people said it worked ok and others said they have to test it out and others ran into problems. might just try and get a custom cassette to fit onto campy freehub yet be enabled for 10speed shimano.
