Can any heating installers help?

Setting the controls for the heart of the sun.
I have this programmer governing only the hot water in a rental property. I don't have the instructions and there is no name that I can readily see on the unit.
Apologies it is out of focus but it in a really awkward place, which is one the reasons why I could do with the instructions, rather than "trial and error".
I haven't found anything using google images, possibly due to the focus. Does anyone recognise it? Even a manufacturer would give me a lead.

Could be a Honeywell? Is there anything on the bottom?

It's a immersion heater thermostat. You can program it to come on and off by setting the on and off time, or you can give it a manual boost, which I would guess would manually heat the water for an hour, by moving the selector to manual boost and pressing the boost button, I think you also need to move the selector switch on the right to the mid position to use it manually, as it is set to timed. It looks like it had a cover plate that has broken off, this would probably have had the model number etc to get instructions.

The landlord should provide manuals for things like this.

Its a Horstmann stat just not sure of the model.

Many thanks @Cletus Van Damme.
I am the landlord, which was causing me dificulties. The cover plate has gone walkabout and it looks as if the installer chose to fit it in a corner and then fit the immersion heater in the airing cupboard. So much twisting is involved just to see the damn thing, let alone actually use the controls.
Once again, thank you.
