Inside toilets?
Proximity to somewhere?
Cost?
Proper soap, or one of these soap dispenser thingies in the bathroom?![]()
ttcycle said:Yeah Greedo, what is considered nice? There's massive variance
Greedo said:Okay. I'll make it clear. Something that's not cheap, something boutique, something that's not a Crowne plaza, Hilton or Marriott type place
ttcycle said:Not stayed here as well, I live in London but is this the kind of place you're after?

no idea if it's any good I'm afraid!
I have spent a lot of time in the past selecting a London Hotel and when I get there find they are all much about such, it seems to be just a case of getting (a lot less than)what you pay for.Greedo said:Something that's not cheap, something boutique, something that's not a Crowne plaza, Hilton or Marriott type place
ttcycle said:Gasp..does that mean the infamous Greedo will be sharing same breathing space as us London lot? You down here for a nice trip with Mrs Greedo then?
BearPear said:if you find somewhere, check out the reviews on Trip Advisor - something we wish we had done before leaving the car at a hotel in Manchester and going on holiday for 2 weeks. The hotel billed itself as a "country park-style" hotel, but it was filthy. We got back to the UK to find that the car had been broken into - as had a few others while their owners were away. Welcome home!

Going down on a business type thing and then thinking of flying Mrs Greedo down on the Friday as a surprise for a wee weekend of fun. In all the times I've been before I've never been to Covent Garden for one reason or another so just fancied something different.
Dying to go to Atul Kochhars restaurant Benares in Berkeley Square and reckon Covent Garden is not too far
Thanks for the hotel tip![]()
