A boardman bike which was bought at halfords,if i bought it 2nd hand from the original purchaser is the warranty transferable to me and 12mth bike care is that transferable

You have to read the small print of the warranty document AFAIK. Ditto the bike care agreement.

probably not, but if you have the reciept they might not question it - it would be a gamble

If you have the receipt prob 100% warranty honoured, if not then you may have to blag it.
