I would check your saddle height , tilt and how far back along the rails you have the saddle 1st as a few mm can make all the difference.Do you use padded shorts ? they are a must for most people for riding any sort of distance.

Not got any shorts as yet & yeah If i think about it the saddle is tilted slightly upwards,not sure about how far back it is...thankyou will look into this before i get a new saddle

spirit level on the saddle you might need to position it if the saddle you have curves up at the back or at the front, take a look at this site as i find it helps ... http://www.jimlangley.net/crank/bikefit.html
