Can Orange juice help with cold feet when cycling??

Do you have to wash the Tetrapak after consuming the content and cutting the thermal insoles from it? The instructions didn't mention this.

I did wonder about getting the soles of my socks all sticky from orange juice, but the instructions say put the cutout under the insoles, so any juice helps the cutout stick to the insoles. 🤣

Thanks folks for the replies! Yes this just a quick hack that maybe useful to somebody! Winter boots are the real fix, but a bit on the expensive side!! Also know a long distance rider who has electrically heated insoles in his boots with an app on his phone to control them, life can be weirder than we can imagine sometimes.....

I picked up a pair from Planet X for about a 1/3 the price of most places.
