If it's not working on your 2 computers and 3 operating systems then I can't see it as a software issue.

Networky stuff is over my head, but it sounds like an issue between your router and your ISP. Switching the router off and on would be my next step.

It's easy on a mac so I don't know the technical terms... don't know about pcs.

It works fine on my pc in Safari, Chrome, Firefox and IE. Whatever the problem is, it is at the OP's end.

Using a mix of the desktop/laptop, 3 operating systems and 3 different browsers, I have tried unsuccessfully to access:

I phoned instead (recruitment company) - dear god what hard work. I disturbed her lunch and am still none the wiser.

Works for me on my crappy work PC which runs an ancient verion of IE so I can't really help.

It's a recruitment company as you say.

There's a huge banner across the homepage saying "DO NOT PHONE ME WHILE I'M HAVING LUNCH"

Not really - sorry to be flippant and unable to help - could you borrow someone else's computer?
