Punctured arteries are easier to deal with than torn ones. Apparently the worst injuries to wrist arteries are ones that run from the wrist towards the elbow rather than ones across the wrist.

I think I'd have terminally damaged the ferret before it had terminally damaged me.

Isn't the guy with the ferrets a tosser? Why is it that the owners who say 'don't worry, he won't touch you' are usually the ones who have no clue what the animal is likely to do?

but the ferret was only playing lol. that's what they do, bite ya, hang on and then back off, pulling you to play, especially when they are on a table so they end up hanging with their full body weight

mine are particularly hyper tonight! they have wrecked every room they've been in, and i've only got 4 rooms!
