Do I take it spen's work computer/connection is blocking access to cyclechat then?

I'm only asking because I made some changes last night, but none that I think would block peoples access.

If you want, I could change the title on the homepage to see if it makes a difference - if the block is word-triggered; but I'm guessing it could also be done on a domain/IP basis?
