Always thought you could – if so this bell end deserves it – shouldn’t be too hard to find and prosecute before he kills – just look at a few vids and you have his voice, his car type (Merc C32 AMG), video of himself jumping reds and driving at excess of 110mph on public roads (

There was a guy a couple of years ago, vids online of him on a new motorbike doing similar. If I remember correctly they instigated the investigation and were used against him in court

I don't know if it was youtube, but a while back some Japanese man posted a video of him doing something like 200mph in his Ferrari, the police there tracked him down

They'd bloody struggle without signs of someone near you being harassed, alarmed or distressed. Thats what they now ask for when we arrest people for Section 5 P.O. Act. No actual statement needed, just some evidence (police officer witnessing is enough) that someone appeared HAD'd. From all of your videos, I haven't seen that.

Interestingly too, being in immediate danger wouldn't technically be an offence.

I think that's down to some coppers that don't like cyclists with cameras, sometimes they seem to be more worried with motorists being youtubed than by motorists trying to kill you.
