Looking at this building i don't think 15,000,000 is a lot.

It's about the same size as Accrington Tory Club,which was up for sale at around 5,000,000 even when empty and run down. Is it not 15,000,000 for a flat/apartment and not the whole building?

Yes i thought that at first,but i decided on Fiat when i saw those hard to notice high up rear lights. Maybe it is a Focus?

It's a Focus. Most Fiats actually look pretty good. Unlike most Fords.

From what I can tell, the house is the 3 windows either sides of the column section which sticks out a little (ie 9 windows wide)

It reminds me of when John Lennon was shot. The reports said he lived in an apartment in New York. When you saw the building on the outside it looked so grim.
