Cannondale super six evo 105 14
Full lightweight carbon fibre road bike
Upgraded to 105 callipers with cool stop salmon pads and 105 cassette.
Upgraded bar tape.
Also comes with Mio cyclo 105 with full heart rate monitor and cadence sensor.
Size 9 specialized road shoes with 3 week old cleats.
Shimano Road pedals.
Bike was reduced from £1400 to £1200 and a further £300 spent on shoes, pedals, cassette, brake callipers, pads and full boxed Mio Cyclo 105 HC.
Frame has a lifetime warranty and all receipts for everything.

I'm 5 ft 11. Last 2 bikes I've had have been 56. Spesh allez and Canondale synapse. The super six felt better in a 54.
At 5ft 11 I'm right on the cusp of 54/56. Plenty more seat post left as well.

Extra seat post I would not need. I'm 5' 8'' at a stretch. Pity it's too big.

I'm 5'9" and ride a SuperSix 54. Certainly isn't anything like big on me. Pretty compact/racy but rides like a dream. I think at 5'8" a 54 would be fine. Just saying like...
