There is no probs taking pics as long as the person is being attended to by the para medics or anyone else, You should wear your battle scars with pride. This is the last one i took and the guy likes it.
Different clubs i ride with all do it, as long as they are minor cuts and bruises, I personally would not take the pic if someone was seriously hurt, It's all done for a bit of a laugh and i have never heard anyone whine about it before. He even posed for this one.
As said earlier you have to look at who they are, I only take pics of people i know, and i know when i go down the guys would be snapping me.
