Hassle like checking tyre pressures and wheeling it to the roadside?I can't be bothered to do any short rides, due to the hassle in just getting ready.
No, spds', shorts, jackets, gloves etc. Although saying that I did manage to get out over Easter for a couple of cheeky half an hours.Hassle like checking tyre pressures and wheeling it to the roadside?
You don't need spds, shorts special jackets or gloves for "cheeky half hours", get out and enjoy these in your ordinary clothing. No, spds', shorts, jackets, gloves etc. Although saying that I did manage to get out over Easter for a couple of cheeky half an hours.
Sounds like a hassle to me, psi is only really thought about based on last nights ride (did it feel extra sluggish). I do give a quick pull of the brake levers before I set off to make sure they are working; now that is a hassleHassle like checking tyre pressures and wheeling it to the roadside?

I would say there is no need to beat yourself up about not doing a 17 mile commute every day, just enjoy the short trips.![]()
agree as this rotten weather has been around so log think its hit lots of people ( me inculded) but its coming back i to managed to keep rule 5 and just plough though times and enjoyment have taken a dive untill this am when i complete my 15miles commute in just 52mins!My mojo has been absent for large parts of the winter, but I applied rule 5 as often as I could, kept commuting and doing Sunday rides, I also kept the turbo work going over December, January and February,

Now the weather is improving and the mojo is returning, this afternoon I found myself looking up at the sun shining through the skylights, looking at my bike, parked in a corner of the warehouse, and looking forward to the commute home.
