Car or bike tonight?

Pondering whether to take the car on night shift with the forecast storm given out tonight,don't fancy riding the country lanes especially as the farmers have cut the hedges so there is no shelter.

Better safe than sorry, also if any of the hedges that where cut are thorn bushs (dreadful things) you need to allow time for puncture repairs.

My last night shift of 4 tonight. I am afraid to say it will have been the car option for all of them this time

I can't remember the last time I haven't cycled for at least one of the days/nights during a shift so I hope this isn't a sign of things to come! It could end up with me being ridiculed and despised by my cycling forum friends, like a @potsy v2

Tis nothing to worry about. I have always cycled through all other predicted Storms, tempest and Armageddon events. It is fun, exciting and satisfying in equal measures.

Doesn't matter it's car now Mrs CK thrown a wobbler and when I should have been getting ready she went for a bath, car now as 2 sprogs to oversee till she calms down.
