Wish I could say yes Cuchilo !Ste , did you get the TCR 1 Advanced ?
Even when they were smacking the top tube into a concrete block? That's not an intended direction.seen that vid but from what i remember all the stresses and whacks they put on the frame were in the dirrection it was intended to be strong, a heafty whack on the side the frames would likely yield a different result.
No.If I were to badly scrape a load of paint off my carbon bike in an off, would it have to go to a specialist painter ?
A metal frame would have buckled on the very first hit in the same test.Even them Mike yes because that is the dirrection of its designed strength, turn the frame 90 degrees and i think that would be a gonna first time.
Nice one Salty - let us all know what you think of it when you have given it some stick pal. It's bought I just don't have it yet....
Gonna have a similar problem Salty in that I have Sram & planned next bike will have Shimano but not such a massive difference.Ste, I bought it a while ago, just waiting for fresh stock to come in then it's mine, I have ridden one and it has a great feel and ride position. It has Sram components which I've never used always had Shimano like on my cross country bike, getting used to the gear shifters both being under the bar will feel a little different and I'll have to remember which bike I'm on.
Not nurse Gladdys Emmanuel surely ?
