Carbon or Alloy?

Why are you wanting to change? The carbon will give you something most different I guess...but the red is much nicer

It is slightly too big for me and uncomfortable on long rides, I have done what I can by putting on a shorter stem and moving the seat forward but still slightly too big. I bought it on line from wiggle and trusted their sizing! (won't be making that mistake again!) But, I will be keeping it for my winter bike!

Hard to tell from the pics, but the Fuji bike in your OP looks racier to me so is likely to be less comfortable.
