If it’s tubeless the valve can be replaced, however I suspect it will be tubeless ready, so will have an inner tube in it, the only way to find out is remove the tyre and have a look, the tyre should be fine, be aware if it has been set up tubeless it will have sealant in the tyre, so take it off the rim where spillage won’t damage anything, the valve will push out after removing the lock ring, should add if there is no lock ring at the bottom of the valve, it’ll be an inner tube, if so I think it’s a 27.5 inch/650b tube that you’ll need to replace it with
