My front doors have 3 locks

Where do you live ?!!! As for the OP I use a small bum bag thingy for all such items. Allows you to carry a few bob in cash too [OK not for the dedicated weight saving racers but useful out in the real world].

I always put my phone in a plastic food bag with my cash and keys. The bag will be fine in a rear pocket on an ordinary bike. Riding recumbent I carry mine in a front pocket, most of my kit is running gear.

Slightly off topic. Why do people need to carry bunches of keys? Isn't the front door key the only one that needs carrying? Why lug around the shed key that you needed twenty years ago, or all the rest of the security crap that accumulates? On the bike, I need front door, cafe lock and sometimes a D-lock. The rest is ballast.

I thought that too - but within the week I'd locked myself out / not got a vital key. All the usual keys on a bunch works well

They need three locks on their front door, they are never going to tell you where they live :-)

Jersey pocket works for me for phone, or Garmin (Sirrus doesn't have a mount yet) or keys if I'm feeling adventurous/lazy. Depending on phone size, tool bidon could work, that's how I carry the puncture stuff on both of my bikes.

If you have quick release wheels and no intention to stop then your minimum is some tyre levers, some patches and a pump of some kind. It's going to see you through most roadside issues you can fix. Next thing would be a spare tube, then multi tool but as mentioned they can be pointless weight, ask yourself what you are willing to fix on the roadside? A good check of the bolts regularly should make a multitool pretty much pointless.

How are you going to carry your pump, spare tube(s) and/or puncture kit, tyre levers (if you need them to get a tyre on and off), multitool etc.?

Alternatively, you can get tool holders that fit in a bottle cage. I have one of these. My old cycling phone just fits (HTC wildfire). plus my specs, pump, keys, debit card. They are about a fiver off Ebay.
The other stuff, tube, C02, levers, etc, are in my permanent wedge bag.

I just carry two tubes a wallet thingy*(which holds a multi-tool,mini pump,co2 inflater,Lezyne tyre lever case with no glue patches,money,cards/id),phone is in a plastic wallet and any food/gels all in pockets in whatever jersey I have on.

*Which is not very good as the compartments are'nt really big enough and the elastic strap around it is now all floppy so I may get one of these instead;

Yup, mine fits two tubes, three levers, patches, multitool, cable ties and axle locking tool. Could add keys if I wanted to. Wife's has one tube, CO2 inflator with two16g bottles, levers and patches but the Croix uses the bigger tube. Won't fit a Nokia Lumia 635 though, just too narrow.

You were getting a Bell saddle bag from asda for about a tenner and they were pretty roomy

Amazing what you can squeeze in your back pockets. Went right of the idea of saddle bags and bottle holder container. Just too much noise from tools banging around.

2nd largest one holds 2 tubes, multitool, 2 levers, cable ties, money. It fits into a jersey pocket and doesn't rattle like a saddle bag!

I have unlimited supply of plastic bags of various sizes which are perfect size for a mobile phone and slightly bigger one for inner tube and tools. All wrap up nicely. More importantly no rattling saddle bag or container in bottle holder.
