But what if the wind is blowing towards your home. Do you "start into the wind" and start riding away from home?

I've just re read it and I'm an idiot. "Watts/HR" is not "Watts per hour." It's "Watts or Heart Rate".

Still could be more clearly presented, esp when presented alongside "MPH"

The HR isn't Hour, it is heart rate, and the slash isn't to mean "per", it is to mean "and/or".
