Many a true word is spoken in jest. Can you buy anything online these days, be it a product or a service without it requiring a rating ?
I recently had an amiable conversation with a Toolstation employee when I bought a cheap roll of masking tape and I commented to her that I will be expecting a survey request having bought an item costing less than a couple of quid.
Equally surprising ( or annoying ) I have just completed an online chat with an employee of one of the largest supermarkets regarding an overcharge and I’ve been advised that I will shortly receive a Customer Satisfaction survey in order to give my rating on the interaction with the complaint handler !
