You wouldn't. Many trains from Leeds to Harrogate continue to York but they are not shown as such at Leeds. Alo Selby-Leeds-Hudderfield-Wakefield trains which no one going to Wakefield would use until beyond Leeds.
Isn’t Harrogate station a dead end.
Not since it was relocated in 1862!

In Bangalore I saw families riding like that with the sari clad lady riding side-saddle whilst holding a fridge
And my grandfather use to ride his BSA with the grandmother on the back and my father, then a small child sat on the tank.
