Yep - brilliant - I went for the Elvis rather than Silver Fox (which would have been more appropriate!) version.

They really do work - hearing traffic and chatting to other riders is vastly better. Having seen mine, one of our club members made everyone on our 2015 tour a pair from fur fabric and Velcro ... worked fine, but the fabric was leopard skin which was a bit odd :-)
Of course, the non-helmet people will have to go without or glue Velcro strips to the sides of their heads

They'd be useful for magpie protection. These birds have a nasty habit of pecking at ears in Spring, over here.

Probably just an unfortunate sequence of posts....

However whilst three armed ladies may be effective in dealing with Magpies, it is a little overkill
