previously I would dig it over and remove the weeds as I go but with back problems this is no longer an option, there is plenty of these.. View attachment 467441

Glyphosate isn't that effective on Mare's tail- it has a waxy outer skin that it doesn't penetrate as well as you'd like.

spent an hour weed burning last night , was going to finish off this morning but its ah well the weeds can wait but for them, the end is nigh....

I've got one of those burner things. I've found that it's best to use when the weeds have dried out, when wet it can be quite expensive using twice as much gas to dry them out before they start to burn.

You don't need to incinerate the weeds, a good 'toasting' means they're no longer viable plants. The object is only to kill them
