Wouldn't have minded going out for a ride today, I was too busy watching a criterium down in the town. Been invited along to a local clubs training session next week, we'll see how it goes!

my neighbour holds the record for going the other way! 5 and bit mins going Cleich North to South. I would be lying if I said it was not that bad however on a 48x16 I was screaming just at the top Worst part was 80km in when we hit a short sharp climb( Hill of Beath), now that was murder! Lactic threshold reached rapid style!
