Celebrating my 4th anniversary of still being alive today...

4 years ago today I had my major heart artery stented in an emergency operation. Thank god for modern technology, ambulance crews and the JR Hospital team without whom I'd not have made many more days.

Also, big thanks to cycling and the members of the old C+ forum who helped me through some difficult times in the following months.

I raise my glass to the humble bicycle and you lot!
