Cheers chaps!
In hindsight it's probably obne of the better things that happened to me. Whilst currently overweight (and on a diet) I'm certainly fitter and generally healthier than I was before the operation. I'd still be smoking myself into oblivion and doing nothing about my Cholesterol. It was only thanks to a check-up yesterday that the doctor remarked whilst reading my notes that it was 4 years to the day. I never really thought about it much, but now I'm making a mark in the calender. The doc remarked that I was Cardio-Vascular wise in pretty good shape, low BP, low resting heart rate etc.
I was at the Hospital today with my lad and on seeing the signs for the Cardio ward wanted to go down and exhort them all to get bikes and get healthier!
Life is for living, have fun y'all!
