Well i would watch it....You don't want to be sitting inside ALL day. Government say once a day and we should respect government especially in this time of Crisis

I'm saying if people disobey Government's restrictions. If you are going out more than once for exercise, then Government won't allow any exercise.

The law does not restrict how much exercise you take, neither how often nor for how long.
