Centre Pull Calliper Brakes

How do you squeeze centre pull calliper brakes onto the rim while adjusting the cable tension when you only have one pair of hands?

Cable ties.

With great difficulty! Try a small G clamp between the spokes to clamp the pads to the rim or pull them tight with a cable tie and cut it off later.
