Chain length

I'm currently running 9 speed Campagnolo groupset on a 39/52 on a bike that I purchased 2nd hand.

If replacing the chainset to a 39/53, will I need a longer (10 speed?) chain or is 1 additional tooth nothing to worry about?

You can find out by using this calculator, then measure how the result compares with the chain you have already got. If the difference is small then chance is you are ok.
